This Refund Policy applies to digital purchases of access to Lattis Systems lessons (for example, “full access” or similar one-time products).
1. Nature of the product
You are purchasing a license to access digital educational content delivered online. Access is typically granted immediately after payment is confirmed.
2. No refunds
All sales are final. Because access to digital content is granted immediately after a successful payment, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law. If a refund is required by law in your jurisdiction, we will comply.
3. Billing issues
If you believe you were charged incorrectly (for example, duplicate charges), contact us at contact@lattissystems.design and include the email address for your account plus any receipt details so we can investigate.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend access until the dispute is resolved. Please contact us first so we can help.
5. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version.
