Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital purchases of access to Lattis Systems lessons (for example, “full access” or similar one-time products).

1. Nature of the product

You are purchasing a license to access digital educational content delivered online. Access is typically granted immediately after payment is confirmed.

2. Refund requests

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of the payment date at contact@lattissystems.design. Include the email address used for your account and, if possible, your payment receipt or date.

We review refunds in good faith. We may deny a refund if we believe the Service was substantially used or abused, or if a request falls outside this window, except where required by law.

3. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer and Stripe.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend access until the dispute is resolved. Please contact us first so we can help.

5. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version.
